I’m so angry with the people who are saying that we celebrate the slaughter of Native Americans & the stealing of land on Thanksgiving. Unless I’m mistaken & haven’t actually taken the U.S history classes required to graduate, this was actually a time where colonists & Native Americans were getting along. Stealing land & slaughter of Native Americans really began during the later years of the 1700s & the early 1800s. The first Thanksgiving was in 1621. Not everything needs to be a racist or social justice issue!!!!
